Ultra-low temperature refrigerator energy-saving measures and precautions

Ultra-low temperature refrigerator energy-saving use methods and precautions:
1. For newly purchased or first-time used or transported ultra-low temperature refrigerators, the equipment must be checked before use, and the equipment must be left standing for at least 24 hours before power on. No articles are put into empty containers, and power on. If it is an ultra-low temperature refrigerator of -86 degrees, it is required to cool the freezer to -40 degrees in stages, then to -60 degrees after normal opening and stopping, and then to -80 degrees after normal opening and stopping for 8 hours. The normal opening and stopping of the freezer for more than 24 hours proves that the freezer has normal performance.
2. After confirming that the freezer is normal according to the operation of the ultra-low temperature refrigerator at minus 80, articles can be stored in the freezer. In principle, the ultra-low temperature refrigerator at minus 80 should store articles at -60 degrees, not exceeding 1/3 of the box capacity. If the temperature of the stored items is higher than -60 degrees, the freezer temperature should be set at about 3 degrees higher than the temperature of the stored items (if the temperature of the items is 20 degrees, the temperature of the low-temperature cabinet should be set at 23 degrees) to ensure that the freezer is shut down and normally opened and stopped for more than 8 hours.
3. It is strictly forbidden to put too many items with too high relative temperature in the ultra-low temperature refrigerator at one time, which will cause the compressor to not stop for a long time, the temperature will not drop and the compressor will be easily burned. Also, the items should be put in batches and cooled by steps until the required low temperature!
